Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using Octave, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Two Types of AI Advisors

Every advisor on this platform is an AI. There are two types, and we label them clearly.

1. Demo Advisors (included in the free plan)

The free plan includes six demo advisors that reference these public figures:

• Alex Hormozi (Business)
• Jeremy Miner (Sales)
• Chris Bumstead (Fitness)
• Tony Robbins (Personal Development)
• Lori Greiner (Product & Marketing)
• Dave Ramsey (Personal Finance)

These six demo advisors are NOT authorized, endorsed, sponsored, reviewed, or approved by these individuals or their companies, and none of them are affiliated with this platform. They are unofficial simulations inspired by ideas and approaches these individuals have discussed publicly. They are not built from any paid courses, books, private materials, or other proprietary content. Their responses are AI-generated interpretations and may not reflect what the real person would say or believe. Their names are used only to identify the style of advice being simulated. Every demo advisor is labeled “Demo · Not affiliated” on the platform.

2. Official Creator Advisors

Coaches, experts, and creators can join the platform and build an official advisor. An Official Creator Advisor is created with the creator's authorization and built from knowledge, frameworks, and content the creator provides and approves. The creator decides what their advisor covers, what it avoids, and how it communicates. Official advisors are labeled “Official” with a verified badge.

Official Creator Advisors are still AI. The creator does not write each response in real time. Responses are generated by AI from the creator's approved knowledge base. Access to each Official Creator Advisor is a separate paid subscription at a price set by that creator.

Requests from referenced individuals

If you are one of the individuals listed above, or represent one, and want your demo advisor removed, contact [MY EMAIL]. We will remove it within 5 business days of your request. If you would rather replace it with an official advisor that you control and earn from, we'd welcome that conversation too.

Not Professional Advice

Advisor responses, from both demo and official advisors, are for general information and entertainment. They are not financial, legal, medical, fitness, or mental health advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, impersonate another person, violate applicable law, or use generated responses to harm others.

Availability and Changes

The platform may change, pause, or discontinue features. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable, and you remain responsible for decisions you make.
